3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables. However, we retain ownership of:

• Pre-existing materials
• Development tools and processes
• Generic design elements
• Non-exclusive design components

• Final deliverables require full payment
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless specified

5. Limitation of Liability

MVP Launchpad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent activity
• Harmful behavior
